Job Description:

Understanding Product Requirements:

- Gather functional/non-functional requirements from stakeholders.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings for requirement reviews.

- Conduct feasibility studies for assessing requirements' impact.

- Provide estimations to the development lead.

Product Design and Development:

- Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies/products.

- Offer technical direction for research, design, analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Develop high-level software design documents with guidance.

- Establish design standards, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.

- Participate in architecture/code reviews, addressing implementation issues early in the development cycle.

- Build code as per the design document and provide technical guidance to the team.

- Create and review low-level design documents for product enhancement.

- Support client user acceptance testing if required.

Product Testing:

- Review test cases and test plans.

- Conduct integration testing and resolve defects/bugs during QA Testing, Alpha Release, Beta Release, and Post-Release patches.

Product Training and Documentation:

- Contribute inputs to technical publications and review documentation for key features.

  

Product Sign Offs:

- Resolve existing issues and gather user feedback to enhance usability.

Project Management:

- Provide updates on module development status to the development lead.

People Management:

- Mentor Software Engineers and conduct coaching sessions.

- Set goals for team members and monitor performance.

- Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
