Job Description:
As an Associate – Data Analyst at Myntra, you will be an integral part of a team that shapes demand on the platform through pricing and promotional levers, ensuring top-line and bottom-line targets are met. Engage in daily pricing and promotional offers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize platform performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor key metrics such as revenue per unit, gross margin, conversion, and more.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the finance team for accurate P&L reporting.
- Reconcile discounts with brand associates and monitor discounting/pricing for key brands.
- Analyze trends in inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Influence teams and stakeholders to meet goals and project timelines.
- Set up reporting processes for operational streamlining.
